SIRSELL is a wine made with Garnatxa del País i Peluda, Carinyena, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Wine aged 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The Garnacha vineyards are coastal and old vines at an altitude of 550m.
TASTING: wine red-garnet color well covered. Aroma of red fruits such as cherry or black plum. Hints of tobacco, sage and mint, evolving into floral and mineral aromas. In the mouth we find a robust wine, with very ripe and velvety tannins with a retro nose of fruits and spices.
CATERING: perfect with foie, jabugo hams and high quality products as it allows you to enjoy all of it without masking what you eat and giving unbeatable combinations.
OBSERVATIONS: wine that strongly expresses the essence of slate stone.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17-18ºC.
